This SKU is defined as polyurethane plus vinyl coating — not as the XPS-and-poplar stack on the main CTP Panel page. Strength, low weight and thermal insulation are the catalogue reasons for the card, not measured laboratory values.
The full product name is CTP Polyurethane + Vinyl Coating. Vinyl is part of the identity, not a decorative afterthought in the title. The EPS/XPS card is named for its foam; the birch-plywood card is named for wood; this card names both a core polymer and a coating. Coating thickness, colour range and wear class are not published here.
CTP EPS CTP points insulation to an XPS-named foam. This page does not reuse that stack. The core here is polyurethane. There is no on-site lab comparison of the two foams. Choice follows the specified core and whether vinyl coating is required. The hub page remains the general GRP/CTP sandwich; this URL is the polyurethane-and-vinyl SKU only.
Bodies, cases and volumes that need both stiffness and insulation are the usual evaluation context. A caravan, refrigerated box or healthcare volume still depends on hygiene and installation detail, not core name alone. The polyurethane-plus-birch combination is a different SKU; it must not be treated as “the same panel with extra wood”.
High Pak, High Gloss, smooth white and matt appear on the main product line. That is a finish list, not a claim that every variant is always in stock in all four.
