This SKU is the combination card: polyurethane together with birch plywood. It is not the vinyl-coated polyurethane-only product, and it is not the birch-only product. For the general sandwich, see CTP Panel.
The name carries two materials at once. The polyurethane page pairs that core with vinyl coating. The birch page pairs CTP with birch only. The EPS page centres insulation foam (named XPS in the copy). This fourth card puts foam type and birch in the same SKU. That is why the hub sentence “CTP + XPS + poplar plywood” is not pasted here: it describes the hub build, not this combination’s identity.
Published fact: polyurethane and birch plywood in a CTP-faced composite. Unpublished: foam thickness, birch millimetres, density, U-value, fire class. “Durable and lightweight” is catalogue language, not a load table. Automatic pressing and finish names are documented for the main line; this page does not claim every finish is stocked for this combination.
Use this URL when both a polyurethane core and birch plywood are required. If foam-led insulation (the EPS/XPS card) or birch-only is enough, those simpler pages are the better match. Vinyl-coated polyurethane is a coating story, not a birch story; the two must not be swapped in copy or in a bill of materials.
Sector uses — caravan, refrigerated case, healthcare volumes, trailers — sit on the general CTP map. This page does not retell that map. It only separates the combination from the other three variants. Size, layer order and finish go through contact. Price, warranty term and certificates are not listed here.
